Build Me An Army Worthy of Mordor

The Ma'akran civilization has most of its buildings, the United States has a tank factory and an airport. Both have a tank and a fighter, the United States has the future Stealth bomber, the B-3 Ghost. MED is being a jerk though, freezing every now and then. Unfortunately, I need it for the middle man. I'll be working on the buildings and the panels for a while now.
